Static caravan vs safari tent

Looking at Eurocamp type holiday for next year. 4 of us including teen who wants/ needs her own space. We are looking at southern Spain for end of may.
Not sure whether to go for static with air con or go for safari tent.
I know the temperature shouldn't be too high but sods law we have a heat wave.
What do you think is cooler out of those options?

I think static caravans feel more claustrophobic but its easier for a teen to feel they have their own space because you can shut the door and the walls are more solid.
Aircon will make caravan cooler, but there will be more airflow in tent, so it will feel more airy.

My DD likes her own space and DH gets grumpy if it's too hot so the Caravan would be a no brainier for us

Mobile home every time, but with aircon if in Spain.

Closable doors and windows - easier to keep insects especially mosquitos out.. You can open the windows and they usually have insect screens, for air flow when aircon not on.

Less noise from outside, separate bedrooms, own toilet and shower.

What do you mean by a safari tent?

When I've stayed in a tent on safari it has been a room with canvas walls.

Eurocamp's safari tents are canvas tents with canvas interior dividers, on wooden bases.
