DS had already packed Poetry for Neanderthals and I think we have a blow up Pass the Pigs somewhere.

Twister
Swingball
Throw Throw Burrito

SiouxsieSiouxStiletto · 24/06/2023 09:44

Oh I might look at swingball!

We packed those sheet face masks that look like animals before and sent the boys off, DD isn't keen to do it this year though Sad

Also, a light up frisbee, extra large marshmallows and toasting forks

SiouxsieSiouxStiletto · 24/06/2023 15:58

How could I have forgotten the extra large marshmallows? And I've never heard of a light up frisbee!

Taco cat goat cheese pizza
Lots of fun and doesn't take up much space

Raera · 24/06/2023 23:35

Kubb game, very competitive for all ages and no balls for the no ball games campsites

Dd 16 and her bf. Should be fun... Or better bloody not be too much fun going on!

Surely you can't have a lot of "fun" in a tent with your Mum & Dad? Grin

Uno
Dobble
Word search/ puzzle books
Frisbee
Swingball
Skip it's
Hoopla

My go to is always the pound shop.

Each child/ person has £2-3 each to pick a game. Most are £1 so make the budget enough per parson to get 10 new things to pack.

The best one we ever had was a spongy rocket thing that went miles and made a whoosh noise when we threw it. For some reason it just kept us amused for hours Grin

What we needed this weekend was air conditioning, was baking hot by 5am this morning.

We just "pack" extra beer money, the ups of children being grown up, uno hasn't come out of the pannier. On a motorbike space is limited!

Extra beer money is always a winner! 🍺Grin

I always pack those kids planes that you have to build in the little packet.. on eBay called gliders and I got 48 for £8! Everytime we have them at a campsite/ festival adults want to join in too.. making them a lot of fun and very entertaining, as well as nostalgic!

I had never heard of Kubb until I saw a group playing on a campsite last site. I looked at the rules and it seemed really complicated, is it? The group playing it had about 4-6 people per side. Is it something that 2-3 people (1 or 2 per team) could play?
