Kleine Wolf is in a beautiful part of the country so it’s a good base for a few nice walks, cycling and some kayaking, paddle boarding etc..

Beekse Bergen - an attraction in its own right, but also a good base for Efteling (yes, teens enjoy it too!)

Duinrell - an attraction in its own right, but also close to Madurodam and Scheveningen beach and pier.

We’ve camped at Duinrell twice. It’s pricy but there is loads to do on site. It’s massive but spread out with lots of trees. Bikes make life much easier. Beach is 4K away uphill. Last time we went we cycled everywhere going to Amsterdam (left bikes at train station), Leiden, and The Hague. Previously we also went to Delft and Kinderdijk. We cycled through the sand dunes enjoying the scenery. So much to do in a small area.

Planning on returning next year but to a smaller campsite to save money and have a quieter time but will head to Duinrell for the pool which is not to be missed for teens.

Been to Zeeburg just outside Amsterdam. 5 mins walk to the tram which takes straight to central of the city. Kayak hire onsite. Its been a while since our last visit but it looks like they've added loads of camping pods and glamping options.
