Hi I can't seem to find an answer for this anywhere. We are visiting the Wild Duck Haven site this weekend and my parents would like to visit us for breakfast on Sunday, is this allowed? Thanks

I know haven used to be fine with visitors but I think you have to buy day passes for them to go in the restaurant & bar.

We were at haven this year, and they wernt checking passes during the day, only in the evening.

Breakfast in your caravan or breakfast in the complex?

I don't know that site, but in others I've been to they could leave their car at the reception car park and walk (or you get them) to your van. If they live close you could drive and collect them. Your car is registered so can come and go as you be want.

To take them into the facilities would need a day pass. To go to the restaurant / pub during the day you might get in without a check, or the security guy might just let them in. The evening is stricter due to entertainment and numbers of people.

I’ve just been to the Thorpe Park site with my friend and our kids. Our dh’s came for the day on the Sunday. Security asked my dh if he was staying overnight and he said no and they let him in. They had access to the bar where they did all day food and arcades/Burger King/chippy/etc. There was an outdoor bar as well where they got served. They weren’t allowed in the entertainment bar or activities. Haven do caravans for people who don’t want entertainment tickets, so they’ll still be wanting their money. Hth.
