Family campsites in Northern England/North Wales

Hi, we are limited on annual leave this year so are planning a series of long weekends this summer. I'm looking for recommendations for campsites (tent) an outdoor loving 6 year old will enjoy. Near beaches, great walks etc, stuff for kids a massive bonus too.

We're based not far from Manchester on the edge of the Peak District but happy to travel a few hours. This would give us the more southern North East, North Yorkshire, Cumbria and North Wales to choose from. We would also go closer to home so not ruling out Peak District, Lancashire, Cheshire or a bit further for something special

DH doesn't like it too basic so electric hook up required and walking distance to a pub is a definite bonus

This isn't near a proper beach, but it's very near Bolton abbey which has a small beach area by the river, perfect for paddling and skimming stones. In Summer they've got the welly walk as well which is a really good obstacle course on the banks of the river.

There's also billy bobs diner in skipton nearby which has a brilliant play area in a barn.

Another one here as well near to Scarborough. We've never been but heard loads of good reviews and Scarborough has loads to do. humblebeefarm.co.uk/

Pomeroy Caravan and Camping Park near Buxton is lovely. You MUST try the homemade ice-cream on site, it’s delicious! There’s also a vending machine for raw milk and children are allowed to pet the goats. It’s definitely a good place for taking bikes as there is direct access to the High Peak Trail. There’s a pub just over the road.
Bank House Farm is very relaxed, has great (new) facilities, a pub opposite, field for playing on and there’s a stream running through the site where the kids can paddle/splash/get muddy! It’s also only a few hundred metres from the start of the Manifold Way, a (mostly) traffic free Peak District cycle trail.
Lathkill Dale just outside Monyash has lovely facilities. It’s just a short walk to the The Bulls Head, which has a large beer garden overlooking a fantastic playground. There’s also a tea shop next door selling ice-creams. There is a lovely walk from the campsite down into Lathkill Dale, past caves, along the River Lathkill to the waterfall, and back again across the fields above the dale.
Yet another one that we like is Dale Farm at Great Longstone. Great Longstone has a large play ground with slides, swings and plenty of open space for football etc. It’s down the side of the White Lion pub 5 minutes walk away.

This small site has nothing on it just really clean toilets and a shop.
But is a 10 minute drive from The A55 so an excellent base for touring North Wales.
Its 10 mins from Towyn for a dose of Fish, Chips and Bingo, Funfair Tip Prince market / race track.

Doesn't even have a website
