RV around Boston

Help! We’ve rented an RV in America for 10 days next August and we were planning to do a night here and there and see some of the area. However, lots of sites will only allow 3/5/7 night reservations, which we don’t want.

Anyone have any experience of this? Is it just that it’s too far in advance and we’d be able to book single nights nearer the time?

I’m bumping for you because I’ve come here to ask about renting an RV around Boston and Maine next year.

I’ve just started looking at campgrounds and saw the minimum nights. I read there are free campsites with no facilities, could you maybe rough it for the odd night and then do the 3 nights in a nice campground? Good luck
