It says that sleeping bags are provided
Apologies for the naive question, but would you assume that they are/are not washed in between 'guests'?

Weird that they provide them. I always take my own on any holiday like that and would always recommend that. I wouldn't be comfortable and would be doing a sniff test for confirmation.

I'd assume they're washed between guests in the same way bedsheets are at hotels (I hope!!Shock)

They probably have two sets of sleeping bags. One in use, one being washed. Swapped during hand over.

I always use a sleeping bag liner even with my own sleeping bag! Its such a faff to wash and dry them that is much easier to wash and dry the thin cotton envelope! Plus it gives an added layer of surprising warmth!
