Yorkshire camping where I can see the kids play area from my tent?

Looking for campsites it's really difficult to see the location if tents to playground. We fell on our feet camping somewhere near Thirsk where our tent was across a field from the children's play area so we could watch them play all day while we relaxed but now I can't find it at all and suspect it may no longer exist. I now have another child of camping age and would like to do the same. Can anyone recommend where in this area I can do this?

I can do that at any park! Camping I'd all about tents! Plus kids can play morning until night while we cook etc if we are able to see from tent.

Centenary way, Filey. The camping field is next to the play area. Doesn't work if you want an electric hook up though- that's in another field

Fabulous ice cream and cakes, goats and chickens to chat to, central play area viewable from everywhere and a fairly easy walk into Whitby.

humblebee farm near filey used to have tents next to and opposite kids play area. Not sure if they still do though. There didn't used to be mobile reception but nice site
