Camp Bestival 2022

So I've just booked Camp Bestival, bell tent package for myself and 3 kids.

Has anyone any experiences of this package please?
What are your best tips for a successful camping weekend with 3 teenagers???
What should I take etc

P.S. Am I mad?!

My DH is taking our two teens plus a friend each. I’m staying at home. He took DD and her mate last year, and they LOVED it; it does look really fun, but I can’t cope with the bathroom situation.

Take plenty of food, and lots of layers in case it’s cold at night.

To be fair, I'm not sure who's the most excited, me or the kids!

If you're going to Camp Bestival and not Bestival, the toilets are generally fine, especially the compost ones.

Camp Bestival is one of the safest festivals out as far as I'm aware the crime rate is about 0.5% 😂

I'd be totally fine letting the kids pretty much be autonomous, especially with a bell tent as a base.

The phone signal is utter shite though, be warned.

not done a package but heading to Camp Bestival with my best friend, my DD and her 2DD. Can't wait, will be first festival for the young uns

Come and join Camp Bestival Facebook group, there may be people on there that know about Bell tents, either way it’s a good source of info.

I have Camp Bestival Weekend Boutique Camping and Boutique Car Park Pass for Two - lots of flushing loos and hot showers apparently!
