Dometik fridge

I have one of these in my swift caravan but the display isn't lit up and the fridge isn't working.

I've checked the fuse and reset the power, tried on 240v, gas, no joy!

Any ideas?

The display not lighting up tells me np electricity to it, its strange not to work on a last one, are you certain the gas was lit?

Yes the gas is working on the hob and in the oven. I guess the electricity isn't reaching the display or the display is broken. We hadn't been at the caravan for 8 weeks after a bereavement but this is the only thing not working.

Will it work when you are on hook up to the mains?

I was on mains and it didn't work...

The onboard fuse may be defective & need changing.
For the gas there may be air in the pipe, Switch device off and on again 3-4 times to remove air from the gas pipe.

Thanks...checked the fuse but it's fine. Gas is going to the cooker ok...
