easy campsite for beginners

Any suggestions for easyish camping for a family and dog, please? Maybe one that has an onsite cafe/shop and near to stuff?

North Wales, Peaks and Lakes are easily doable for us, TIA!

Shell Island near Barmouth is good

One of my favourites has to be Waterside Farm. There’s a shop and a pop up cafe (which does a brilliant breakfast), laundry, bike hire, kayak hire, freezer for ice packs, fire pit hire, coffee machine (!) and they will even charge your phones and laptops in the shop for £1 per item. www.watersidefarm-campsite.co.uk/camping/

Shell Island is a good call, but check the tides as certain times the island is cut off from the sea for a few hours a day, I have been for a look around and hoping to go again soon
