Could anybody please recommend a tent suitable for 2 adults and 3 children that is big enough for us all to sleep in but small enough to fit on a standard pitch? I have been looking online for a couple of days but I'm getting nowhere.
We had an ancient Vango Icarus 600 which we loved because it was just so easy to use. After 10 years it's no longer keeping the rain out. We had enough room last time we used it but now all 3 dc need a full size bed it's a squeeze to fit them in 1 bedroom.
The problem seems to be that most 6+ berth tents are enormous. We only tend to go for 2/3 nights and are fair weather campers so we don't need it to be as big as our house! Budget is flexible (mainly because I've no idea how much I need to spend Grin).

Thank you, that looks a perfect size. Are the ones with the canopy open at the front okay when it's windy?

We’ve never used it in really high winds, but if you pitch with the opening facing out of the wind, you should be OK.
