Pitching in rock hard ground!! Any tips!

Arriving in an hour and only just thought that the ground is likely to be cement!!!

We have rock pegs but should we try watering where we want to peg out??

Any other advice?

We use screw in pegs with an electric drill, probably a bit late for you now but but some for the future. We've always managed to get pegs in by just giving them a good old thump with a mallet but it's getting them out again that's the problem. Screw in pegs are a game changer.
