Bed for 18 month old

Hi, I'm looking for recommendations for camp beds for an 18 month old.
He slept in a travel cot last year, but it took a lot of room in the tent and the car.
Has anyone used a toddler travel bed? And how did it go?
He doesn't walk yet, and won't by then due to a medical reason, so I don't have the worry that he will get up and walk about.

we had a readybed for dc when they were 18 months-3yrs, and they were great. They fold away small and take up much less room than a travel cot. Just make sure to pack an extra blanket as the blanket on the bed is a little thin x

Ready beds are popular but quite small and the cover things are very thin - I would be cold in a tent for sure!

We got one of these for DD at that age. It did take up a lot of space though.

We used Ready bed with extra covers and fleecey onesie, esp for the one who wriggled out of most covers.

Thanks for the replies.
I looked at the ready beds. He wears a sleeping sack to bed normally. Not sure if he could
Wear that with the blanket? And not put a vest on.

I also looked at the inflatable @FrugiFan and likes the look of this as would hopefully last a few years for him as we camp every summer for 1-2 weeks plus sleepovers at my mums etc
