Perfect Campervan Sites

We're hoping to use our VW van more this summer and would love a list of great sites which fit the criteria we've discovered we like. I'm hoping mumsnetters could help compile this list.
Ideally we'd like to be able to arrive, set up camp and then not need to drive until the day we depart.
We like to be able to walk to the beach (or countryside etc) from the campsite.
We also like to be able to walk to a pub or cafe (not really planning on cooking anything other than breakfast)
(Our children are teenagers now so we don't need play parks etc but feel happy to add details of the site which makes them suitable for children)
I'll start the ball rolling:

1. Bolmyndd Camping, Llanbedrog, Wales (walking distance to beach, restaurant and village. Immaculately kept site but the approach road is incredibly narrow and winding)
2. Hulme End Campsite, Derbyshire/Staffordshire (Picturesque, well kept site, great access for the Manifold Trail and country walks, on a local bus route. Lovely pub opposite site)

We’re heading to polmanter in st ives in the summer. The site is brilliant, we have been going for a few years now. They have a shop (newly refurbished), a pub/restaurant (currently being refurbished), a pool, games room, soft play and parks etc. There’s a bus service into st ives for a small fee from the campsite but u can also walk which can take around 20/30 mins. There’s loads of beaches in at ives to choose from and lovely places to eat too

We have good memories of staying at Dol-Llys, sitting on the banks of the river with a campfire whilst our dc were splashing about in the river! It was easy walking distance to the town, where we had a great brunch one morning. It’s a working farm and the dc were allowed to help feed the animals.
Riverside Camping is another nice site and well placed for child-friendly days out and only a couple of miles from the beach. riversidecamping.co.uk/local-attractions/
Nantcol Waterfalls is a stunning site www.nantcolwaterfalls.co.uk/campsite.php There isn’t a children’s play area but children are allowed to play in the water. It’s close to some lovely sandy beaches too.
Beddgelert isn’t near the coast but it’s in the middle of a forest. There’s a really old fashioned train station right at the campsite which is one of the stops for the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway. With a day ticket you have unlimited access to hop off and back on again at various points along the track. Timetables are available at the station or from reception. You could take a trip to Caernarfon or to Porthmadog through the Aberglaslyn Pass. Children under 16 go free. Twice a week there’s a craft session where you can do pottery painting or build and paint a bird house or bird feeder. www.beddgelertcampsite.co.uk

Assuming you have your own toilet and don't need hook up the two pubs on this website allow free camping providing you have dinner of breakfast

Facebook has a few groups to do with pubs that offer camping for free is you eat.
Llandudno has several streets you can legally park and camp in
We did this trip and stayed at the side of the road in Aberporth and on an overnight carpark in Newquay for £8 in the town centre

The Quiet Site in the Langdales - perfect walking country and a great pub on the doorstep

Knights Campsite in Stainforth - nice relaxed restaurant on site, short walk to Settle and great for walking

We hired a camper van for the first time last year. We stayed at several and ended up here www.conciergecamping.co.uk/. It's fabulous, plus loads of lovely walking nearby, within reach of a couple of pubs and interesting attractions nearby.
