Back From Camping

We went to Cornwall last Saturday, took 7 hours to get there from Bristol. DD got chicken pox the day after we arrived. We braved the gales and the rain and the yobbos pitched next to us whose every other word was c or f. We stayed at a Haven as got a cheap deal. Would never visit that site again as was filthy and poorly maintained, give me a rustic site that is clean any day!

Yes, it was Perran Sands and, no, it hasn't put us off. We've had some fantastic camping holidays but that Haven park was vile! The local area was lovely though, we just went out all day

We stayed just up the coast at Trevornick at Holywell Bay and we really disliked it too. We had some fantastic days out but a feeling of dread when you came back to the site.
