Does anyone have a Vango venture 500? Need help!

I have just got this tent on Ebay.
Put it up in the garden today but i couldnt work out the roof support pole!
I says to put it through the white O rings, which i did, then It says to secure in the small webbing pockets. I can't see any small webbing pockets.
Where are they! Lol!
Or is it not really an essential pole and can be left out?

Haven't got one I'm afraid, but I just found this on line. Its probably exactly what you've already got, but alway like to help a fellow camper! Good luck!

Thanks.Same as my instrustions. this is the ine about roof pole: ? Insert roof support pole through the white o-rings located beside the inner hanging rings and secure in the small webbing pockets

Would this help? There is a small diagram showing where the webbing pockets are.

I did put the end through the eyelet thing and it popped right through! Didn't see any pocket!I'm assuming its very little!

Would it be ok to not bother with it?
I will try to do it when its put up on holiday though.

I hae no idea how long it took me yesterday! 1st attempt and on my own, i don't think i did too bad!
