Hi looking for some advice on booking La Garangeoire and I know there are a few MN who have been. We are looking to book 9/10 nights end of June / beginning of July but can you only book direct with the campsite for full weeks?

If not we’ll be booking one of the better 3 bed mobile homes eg Azure through Eurocamp, moda plus with Canvas or Al Fresco. We have 3 children under 6 so hoping to have a grassed area they can play on where we can watch them easily for the mobile home. Can anyone recommend the best company for this campsite? We would save £400 booking with canvas but I have read some poor reviews online.

Many thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can book for however many nights you want. You can book online with the campsite. Have you tried entering your dates and the sort of accommodation you want in their online booking form? You can see straightaway if they have availability.

Great thank you. I only seem to be able to get availability for Sat - Sat 7 days for later this year just now. But I’m not sure if that’s because lots of people are booked up for this year and it will be possible to book 9/10 days for next summer when booking opens in October. I called up but it wasn’t very helpful!

I'm sure we could book as many nights as we wanted. However we camped, so I guess that's the difference. If you're trying to book a mobile home it might be different.

It's a great place - worth persevering!

I think the campsite only sell full weeks but Eurocamp will let you do 9/10 days.

We went two years running and it is an ace campsite but be prepared there are very few international guests - most are English & Irish.

The creperie at the lake is great so definitely worth a visit and Le Grand Defi has amazing rope courses for all ages. Nice and shady too if you have hot weather.
