Any site recommendations in West Cork?

Hi,

As a family, DH, DD(13) and I will be in West Cork for a sailing event in early August (Kinsale).

DD and I might go for a couple of nights ahead of DH though, and bring our tent (DH doesn't DO camping!). We had a couple of nights in Eagle Point, near Bantry, in 2017, which was lovely, and a couple of nights in Lough Dan (Scouts site - we're a Scout and a Leader respectively) the previous year.

Does anyone have any recommendations for quiet campsites not terribly distant from Kinsale that we might enjoy?

We don't need EHU or much by way of facilities, although showers would be nice.

What we would like is a nice view and being able to actually just relax on the site. And head off to do something at least 1 day - a long hike, kayaking, surfing etc.

DD loved going for a morning swim in the sea at EP.

And if anyone knows a site where BBQ or campfires are allowed, that would be great (see Scout-y heritage above! Grin).

I know, not asking for much, am I?!

I just thought someone here might have been in that general vicinity and have some ideas.....

Sorry, I meant to say that while Eagle Point was lovely, it is probably a bit too far West on this occasion, we'd prefer to be within about an hour max of Kinsale.
