Quiet campsite in N Devon needed

Anyone know of a campsite near a quiet beach in N Devon for my friend, her hubby and two kids aged six and four? All they ask is clean loos and showers and a not too busy but nice beach. Tennis courts nearby and advantage, but not essential. I know Devon reasonably well, but camping is totally beyond me so I couldn't help, but as I said to her I bet I know some folks who can...all ideas welcomed

There is one is at the top of the hill in dartmouth which won was the best loos in 96 or something like that..anyway the loos are clean and nice (well nicer than you's expect from a campsite) and the showers are always powerful and hot. And the campsite is quiet at night. There are some nice beaches too near by.
