Windbreak

We need a new one. We bought a Kyham canopied one last year...which only lasted a season. Plus it fell over too easily...or the guys didn't stay put.
Has anyone got any recommendations please?
Just looked at all the outwell ones and the easy camp ones and they all look very similar...so now I'm starting to wonder if the bog-standard stripy beach ones wouldn't be better.

hi we use the bog standard ones and they still going strong have used them all times when we gone out with caravan and will be doing again in 4 weeks time

We use a bog standard stripy one too. At the last bank holiday (you know, the one with all of the wind and the rain) we used it and it still stood firm when some of the expensive ones had caved in.

another vote for the cheapo beach ones, work for us!

We have both and tbh the expensive one is more of a privacy thing than a windbreak as it doesn't cope with any real wind strength - the guy ropes are a pain too as they get in the way. I like it because it packs up so small but the cheap beach ones are more practical. Make sure you don't get one that is too tall though or you may struggle to get it into the boot of your car.

aha...it is as i expected
thanks everyone

We've got the stripy beach ones that seem to stay up in any weather. They don't fit in the car but we tie them to the roof bars, one each side of the roofbox.
