North Norfolk Coast lovely but quiet and a bit remote - not very seasidey

Priddy (Somerset) is lovely - near Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and beautiful countryside.

New Forest?

Bournemouth?

I live in Somerset so don't stay in the campsites locally but would recommend the Dorset coast if you want seaside, some lovely campsites that I've seen, although not tested the showers! my favourites area is around west bay to lyme regis. If you want wilds, Exmoor is great too and again not top far from the Somerset coast, some beautiful sites up there, although again I don't know any names! Hope that helps a bit.

No club house but does have pub on site, small shop, small park for the kids. The new shower block in the stable field is fab, infact campers from the other fields come over to use it. Everyones really friendly. We've been for last 2 years, first time we took all 3 kids who were at the time dd1 11, ds 8 and dd2 2. Last year dd1 stayed with her nan while we took ds and dd2.

The inside park in dorset,
members.aol.com/inspark/inspark/page2.html
near blandford forum, near wareham and poole harbour, monkey world, tank meuseum etc. nice site, cycle trails on site, good showers, play ground games room but not "entertainment" . Kids camp free.
I've enjoyed camping there and hope to go again in future.
