Hi - Can anyone recommend a good campsite in Brittany? Looking for somewhere quietish and not too commercial (so no bar, disco, organised entertainment etc etc) but nearish the coast. Have looked a lot on the web but any personal recommendations would be really welcome!!!

A little further south in the Vendee region we stayed with Vendee Loisirs Vacances. There were 10 of those 'cottage' style caravans with pitches roofs and covered decking arranged in a circle at the very far end of the site - backing straight onto the dunes and a long sandy (mostly) beach. Caravans roughly 50:50 French:English families - the rest of the site was static tents nearly 100% French, which was great. Don't want to be surrounded by Brits on our hols, do we?
