Long time camper (from roughing it to glamping) now looking to move to a less bedraggled method of living in a field at weekends.
My parents have a caravan and I appreciated the advantages for camping with a dog such as the coolness when the sun comes up in the morning.
DH and I are looking at a caravan of his colleagues tonight. I wanted a 2 berth, this is a 5 berth with awning but still allegedly only 1000kg (will check the plate, seems too light for the size!) and within the capabilities of our Freelander to tow.
Any tips for caravanning? Will be checking for dryness and general wear and tear of course.
