Touring/Campsites in or around Dorset then Bournmouth

Hi all
We are travelling to Hoburne at Bashley in New Milton next week, but are looking at stopping off for one night somewhere near Bridport for the night to break the journey up. Can anyone recommend a good touring/campsite for the night? Also instead of coming straight back home on the Saturday can anyone suggest another good touring/campsite near Bournmouth that we could stop in for the week.

TIA

Hiya, I've recommended this place before on here (sorry to be a bit repetitive but it is lovely) East Fleet Not far from Bridport I think.

nearer to Lyme Regis is Golden Cap campsite, they also have sister sites along the coast at Burton Bradstock and Eype. or would you be better in a B&B if it's just for one night?

I think Merley House & Wilksworth Farm near Wimborne look good but haven't acutally stayed at either as I live here. Well I have been to the camping shop at Merley House but that doesn't really count !

We love Wood Farm in Charmouth. You can book online otr by phone, they're really friendly.

Also, of course Holmsley (forest holidays) isn't far from bournemouth. We're there for Whistun half term, but have enjoyed other sites.

I'd second East Fleet
