Off the top of my head....having just got back from Cub camp and trying to remember what to keep aside for ourselves later:
Tent
Mallet and spare pegs (repair kit?)
SIMs, sleeping bags, extra blankets (for under and over), pillows
Hat and socks for bed (and thermal layer, hot water bottle for me)
Gas cooker and gas cannisters
Mini BBQ and charcoal
Ignition “kit” (Ziploc bag with resin-pine stick to shave, wood shavings, few pine cones, couple of toilet rolls filled with dryer lint, and a plastic tub with silica gel packs to keep the flint and 2 boxes matches dry – I’ve just learned to add a cigarette lighter to this) – for a mix of fire lighting and BBQ/gas-cooker lighting
Kitchen box: 2 sharp knives, spatula, wooden spoon, tongs, serving spoon, peeler, tin opener, corkscrew, whisk, grater, chopping board, silicon oven-mitts, new pot scrubber, refillable travel bottle of washup liquid, salt and pepper mills (shop bought already filled from spices aisle with mills in lids), 2 new jcloths, roll of bin bags, handful of pegs, 2/3 tea towels, sandwich bags (for mixing/marinading/keeping any leftovers as well as sambos!), couple of clippits,
Cooking: pots, kettle, pan, (handle if needed for those), water bottle (big kitchen one)
Crockery: Plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery, jug, big bowl (to mix things and/or serve in), plastic coffee plunger
Bucket or basin to carry things/use for washup etc
Table and chairs, wind break
String and penknife, duck tape
Torches (head torch per person, hand-held torches, lantern for tent), spare batteries
First aid kit
Pack cards, pencils and paper (for lists or games or colouring or letters to others), 1/2 travel games, book each
Rain gear, boots
Suncream, sun hats, togs, flip flops
Towels and wash gear
Spare clothes – thin layers
Jumper and long leg trousers for evenings
Bag for outings (picnics, swim gear etc), water bottles to fill
(Binoculars, compass, maps, guide book, nature book)
I've probably forgotten loads as well.
We had to send a leader back (2 hours to home!) to get the 2 ends of the marquee on Friday night which we had forgotten - luckily 4 out of 5 leaders had loaded the van together and all agreed that it looked like all the bits were in the box.....so it was a collective failure (unfortunately, the uber-professional boys scout troupe had their meeting Friday night and realized that the Cub pack were so pitifully useless, so our failure will be much talked about within the Group....
