We have enjoyed many family holidays staying in mobile homes on French campsites.

Looking for somewhere to stay, not too huge but lots to do for pre-teens. Also lots to visit in surrounding areas.

Pref towards the south of France so we get good weather.

Any recommendations gratefully received.

Might be too big, but I love Le Vieux Port. I've been going there since I was about 10 with my parents and we are back there on Saturday with our 2yo. The beach is really close, there's surfing, massive pool complex, hundreds of cycle routes, amazing local shops and little market, lots of entertainment on site, Spain super close.....

(I'm excited as you might tell!)
Slightly smaller and might not be far enough south was Bonne Anse plage which we also used to go with when Eurocamp still had a presence there. It's now looked after by Siblu but I've not been since Eurocamp got kicked out, however it's a really lovely site, again great pool, in the woods, nearby beach, near a massive water park and sand dunes.

I keep saying we will go somewhere else but LVP is a very 'safe' choice for us. And we love the safari tent. :)
