Solar cool box

Does a cool box exist that can be powered by a solar panel I have a 14v one, would this converter work for one with car hook up? For festivals do car charging not an option.

I'm bumping this - no idea of the answer, but wouldn't it be great! I doubt it's practical, sadly - you'd need such a big panel...
