Camping with a 7mth old!!!!

Hi,

I am new to this site, and am hoping for some advice.
We always go camping for 2 weeks as our main holiday, going in April, and this year we will have our 7mth old son with us.
Any advice on what to take for him? ie: toys, what food, clothes,etc etc
We have an electric hook-up, and so am taking fridge an electric mini cooker too, so we wont be 'camping' in the old fashion term at all!!.

Any help and advice would be brilliant, thanks in advance

Sallystrawberry is the camping expert around here. Until she gets here though let me say that 7 months is a great age to take them camping. The're still quite portable and can't really do much damage yet as they're not completely mobile.
You need very little really. A couple of ordinary toys. A hat for chilly nights in the tent. Loads and loads of wipes. Take lots of changes of clothes and also a washing line and pegs so you can wash stuff there.

Me again, I forgot to add, that we will be going by coach (hubby taking the car down and me and Nicky will be going by coach along with Nanny) and that will be a 7hr journey. I am assuming I'll need the obvious food/btles, nappies, wipes etc and plenty of toys! Anything else anyone can think off??
