I am taking my dd (14) camping for a couple of nights, staying near Rhossili. We've not been to that area of Wales before and I would welcome suggestions of things to do. We'll be taking buckets/spades/crab nets .....

Rhossili is good for body boarding.
The walk over Rhossli down between Rhossli and Llangenith has amazing views.
Pony treking.
There are boat trips around the Worms head, we saw lots of seals on the North side, where the sea is calm.
The walk across to Worms head, but be careful of the tides.
