Has anyone got a good porch style awning for a caravan to talk to me about?

We want one of the more modern ones with no steel poles that hang off the caravan. I saw a dome tent attached to a caravan the other day and thought it looked great.

Have you got something interesting to tell me about?

There are lots on the market:
Pros: cheaper than traditional canvas.
Easier to put up and take down, and no problem getting it dry if you have to take it down wet.
Cons: not as strong as the traditional canvas/steel pole type so be careful in strong winds.
As they are so much quicker and easier to use you get more use from them.

Yes that is what we have figured out. We put up our normal one last week and it basically finished us off. We have 3 preschoolers so spending ages fannying about waving poles is not our idea of a jolly holiday.

So we've sold that and have about £100 to play with.

Any particular brands you recommend?

Ive got a sunccamp swift and it's good. Less than ten minutes s to put up. It's maybe not best quality but ive had it three years and it's going strong.
