Has anyone been to a camperex show and if so what can we expect?

We have booked Stratford Upon Avon racecourse for a camping trip in June.

However there seems to be a camping event on at the same time. Their website is quite vague as to what the content of the event is but mentions cinema, garden games and food outlets. Has anyone else been to any of these?

Are we likely to be given the hard sell to come away with a new motorhome? I am picturing Lord Sugars apprentices following us into the showers!

Hi. We drove all the way to Liverpool this morning to go the Camperex at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre. When we got there the place was in total darkness and not a soul in sight. Went on to Canmperex web site to see notice saying CANCELLED! It wasn't on the web site last night. Needless to say can't wait until Monday to give them a piece of my mind. Agree with other comment that the information is very vague. I sent them an e mail last week asking about exhibitors - I'm still waiting for a reply! Hope this helps you make up your mind.
