Eight kids, four parents, two grandparents.
From what I can glean on t'internet, Royan looks better for things to do, places to visit during the day (tree top Go Ape type thing, Petit Train, snorkelling etc), does the collective MN wisdom concur with that?
From a campsite, we need a place where the two families can camp next to a chalet containing grandparents. Also swimming pool, ping ping, bar, morning baguette service, within 20 minute drive of a decent supermarket. Not too big and noisy. Preferably no dogs (I don't ask for much, do I?!)
