If it's not chucking down we might hire a shepherds hut at our go-to site. Not exactly camping but I would not brave it in my tent at this time of year!

Sounds great. Unfortunately we're not camping until the May half term but I've spent the past week booking up sites, paying deposits and treating myself to some nice new camping bits and bobs. May can't come quickly enough for me.

Have fun in your hut Wink

Not camping next week but doing a week at Easter in London. Will feel like the tropics I imagine Smile.

We hope to venture out - but in our Campervan "Tin Tent"

Yes May sounds more sensible Thumbcat. Prof where are you camping in London?

Milliways I hope you have heating! It's the lure of the wood burning stove that has convinced me :-)

We have a built in LPG tank so onboard gas central heating Grin

Where are you going? I love the huts at Longthorns, Dorset.

Have just booked a tour of Bruges, Amsterdam and back to the Battlefieds for Spring, but need to get some weekends away in before that.

Crystal Palace- CC site there. A bit CC-ey but means we can stay in London very reasonably. We have stayed there before, but with a more backpacky style tent.

Going to Wowo in Sussex. The kids know it like the back of their hands, loads of woods to play in, a stream and many rope swings.
