SIMs for the kids

Please can anyone recommend a decent but inexpensive SIM for my sons (10 and 6)? We're off to Devon on Sunday and I've realised that their air beds will just be too big for the car (and I CBA to keep re-inflating them every night!) DP and I have a double 10cm but I'm guessing the boys will be fine on two 3cm SIMs?

Decathlon do a good thick foam mat with a foil backing: ideal for kids and cheaper than SIMS. (Kids don't squash down so much, so fine on foam mats)
