Portable BBQ

We're off to Devon in a few weeks for 5 nights camping in a holiday park. They allow BBQs that are off the ground and "fully extinguished before disposal". No fire pits or open fires.

We really want to toast marshmallows (and probably cook some burgers too!) so are looking to buy, beg, borrow or steal a portable BBQ.

Can anyone recommend a good one? There seem to be a lot out there. I only want to spent ?20ish as we won't use it oftne - we have a proper gas BBQ at home and usually camp at places where you can cook on a campfire.

we have just bought a notebook bbq-it is completely flat but opens up to a great size-definitely big enough to cook dinner for four. i think it was about 20 quid on amazon

I have bought various portable bbq's over my time. My DH gets fed up with having to crouch down to tend to a low bbq, and a lot of them only have one cooking height which is rubbish. It takes 5 mins to put up and down, and the box it packs into is really small. So far we have assembled and disassembled it twice, and we figure if it only lasts the season then for £10.99 no problem. I will probably put some lubricant on the screws at the end of the season and I reckon we will be using it next year too. We always take a couple of basic tools with us like a screwdriver.

I have a bucket barbecue from Tesco which cost £5. Works brilliantly.
