I had posted about how unhappy I was with DeWaard service after our new tent didn't zip together, they sent us another part that didn't fit a month or so ago and told us that we would have to wait until the end of the season for it to be sorted out at the end of August.
My husband chased them yesterday and I am relieved to say that after six months of grief they have today offered to send us a new one - tent, vario and windshields or whatever they are called and collect the old one.
So we got there in the end and will look forward to a new tent that works - hopefully it will come in time for our half term trip.
