A question about Woodburning stoves

I know a number of you ladies have fitted woodburning stoves into your bell tents.
We are thinking about putting one into our DeWaard to extend the glamping season but just wanted a bit of feedback.
Where have you positioned yours? Does the flue go out the back (we have a belltent one with back exit and special kit, but due to the large skirt we are thinking its a nono)
Are some going out of the angled section?
How far from the canvas is the stove positioned?
Have you had problems in high winds with chimneys wobbling/tent wobbling?
Anything else I havent thought of?

Are you really going to cut a hole in it?!!!!
We've got a Frontier stove coolcampshop.com/collections/stoves/products/the-frontier-stove-portable-log-burning-stove)
which we put facing inside and under the variolifuil but stick a spark arrestor on the top of the flue and leave it out in the open air. It can build up quite a heat and we've been more than comfy doing it that way mid October last year and March this year (and it is a lot chillier up where I am!) Great for one pot meals simmering away on the back of it...yummy smells wafting around! Also...we use the water heater as a hot water tank rather than a kettle.
