I know this has been done but I cannot find the thread
We are camping next week. I haven't camped for 3 years
We will be in a trailer tent so hopefully not freezing but I see frost is forecast!
What are the essentials we need to take?

Having just done Womad in the blazing heat I can report it does get freezing at night. As a second time camper, this year I added mats under the airbeds which stops the cold seeping up and fleece blankets on top of the air beds. Sleeping bags like cocoons were lovely, hoods or hats useful. It really is cold at night. Kids were fine but I needed to trek to loo - huge pain. Obv wipes and handgel a plenty. The main thing - take hardly anything to the tent, never mind if kids look grubby. There are no shelves in tents, they are darker than you think at night and get in an almighty mess instantly. And make the beds up before night falls!!!
