New tent is leaking

So annoyed will be returning asap. But still need a tent so...
So can you recommend a 6 berth with attached extension/awning that doesn't leak????
(and not a Coleman tent)

Some tents do this on first use. They should supply some sealant glue which you can go over the seams with. On second use it should be fine, something to do with the material shrinking but it is definitely not uncommon.

Where is it leaking?
Our largest Outwell (the Maryland) had a wee issue with one window and also the very centre point where the light cable attacher was 'attached'!! It was only a drip though...nothing that involved placing a bucket underneath!
If you really need to change...Outwell Montana been happily around for a long while now so they must be doing something right with it!!

It was the second outing - was boiling hot the other week so didn't see it perform in rain. It's most of the seams and where the porch meets the top of the roof. It was definitely put up correctly.
