I'm taking my two boys camping for the first time next weekend. We have one of these tents. I've pitched it in the garden a couple of times but never bothered to put the guy ropes on but will obviously need to do this for next weekend. Although there are instructions about the end that is pegged to the ground I'm not sure about attaching them to the tent.
There are eyelets on the tent, I assume I attach the ropes to those, but how? And when we strike the tent do I need to take them off or do I pack up the tent with the ropes attached?
