How do you cart all your camping stuff??

We are used to just folding the back seats and filling the boot. When we just had 1 dc we bought a roof box too as we could only fold part of the seat Now we have 2 dc and a bigger tent and more stuff etc etc.

Do you take a trailer? Starting to think it might be a good idea. We had one when I was a child but then our car was smaller, we only had a Maxi. Our car has a big boot but we don't camp light!

We have what should be a gun dog trailer. It's got four compartments and is air con'd so it's great as a coolish larder for food on long trips if there's hookup. Each compartment has a function... Tent, kitchen furniture, sleeping/comfort and food/wine!!! It makes pitching and packing very organised and quick!! We do, however, look like the Wild Thornberrys as its towed by a 110 Landrover! Trust me...it won't matter what you get...you'll soon fill it!

Our car has a massive boot - we fill that to the roof and then a roof box as well There are 5 of us in our defence!
