Icey -Tek what size?

I'm paused to purchase an Icey-Tek, but just can't decide between the 23L and 40L. We are a family of 4 and not planning on expanding, although I suspect the children's appetites will over time! My main concern is whether cartons of juice and milk will stand upright in the 23L. We are normally beer drinkers when camping, so the wine standing up isn't too much of an issue (although to be truthful when on holiday a bottle doesn't last long enough to be stored anyway).

So, I'm looking for some feedback. If you had the choice, which size would you buy?

Milk stands up in my 23l one, dunno about juice.

There's only two of us and we get loads, enough for a week in the 23l one. Cheese, ham, milk, eggs, bacon, beer. butter. The size of it was bigger than I'd realised and I'd be worried about space in the car with a bigger one.

That's good news about the milk. Is it a full height carton? Thanks for the feedback, I'm also worried about the space in the car. We have tons of stuff to cart around, so I don't want to end up with something far too big

We have a 40L. It does take up a fair bit of space in the boot but we fill it with food on the way and towels on the way back. Can definitely stand up milk and juice and I am fairly certain that wine would stand up in it too. We are also a family of 4 and to be honest, could probably manage with a 25L but it is nice to have lots of cold beer. Let me know if you want me to nip out to the garage and stand up a wine bottle.

Thobbly - I know I'm not the OP but I would very much like to know if a wine bottle can stand up in it! If you still feel like nipping out to the garage Smile

Brrr. Am back! Would you believe it? There was no wine out there but I improvised with a bottle of Pimms which I found out there and that did stand. It seems to have come back into the house now too.

Thanks! Thanks

The milk I stood up in the 23litre one would only have been a small bottle. Haven't tried a larger litre bottle but think it might. Can try tomorrow for you?
