hi, we are thinking of going to a campsite in Italy in May for 10 nights. Could anybody recommend one near an airport as we are flying there, that would be goos for a 3 & 1 year old. Thanks. Grin Grin

I've just booked with www.roancampingholidays.co.uk/search-and-book-2014?land=1&regio=2&vertrekdatum=24-05-2014&duur=10&acc_type= this company which seem very reasonable! We've been to Lake Garda before - have flown to one of the Milan airports with Ryanair and hired a car. Depending on what sort of site you want, maybe have a look at Eurocamp and then go via the site directly.

We're going to the San Vito one in Bardolino. We have been to camping Belvedere in Lazise before - we flew and rented one of their own mobile homes ( very basic, think more tin shack but fine for us!!)

It was pretty low key. Our DSes were 2 and 5 at the time - apart from the pool and a playground, there wasn't much to do but as the campsite was directly on the lakeside, that didn't matter.
