Campsites around Hertfordshire/Oxfordshire, etc

Hi, Just getting our first tent this week and want to know where might be a good campsite to try it out at (not too far from home) as with 1yr & 3yr old could be quite stressful setting up so don't want to travel too far!

Also any other essentials you think we'll need for 1/2 nights?

this site is nice - North of Oxford, may be a bit further than you anticipated?

It has children's playground, animals to look at, woodland walk; plus good facilities, incl baby/family bathrooms.

keep the stuff basic- something to sleep on, cook on, lighting, buggies (very handy to keep children safe whilst cooking!), something to sit on... that's about it really!

We started out like that and have just added as we needed to / could afford
