Vendee Campsites

We are looking for a Vendee campsite which is near the beach and possibly a short walk to some shops or marina? I just wondered whether anyone could recommend anywhere? Thank you

Last year we stayed at camping la plage in st hilaire de riez. We had a mobile home with venue holidays but you could pitch your own tent if you prefer. It was literally across the road from the beach. I have fond memories of the kids playing beach cricket with their new friends then watching tree sun go down while burgers cooked on the bbq

Gcamping la first is a small site with evening meals, pizza twice a week, short walk to beach, clean showers, small pool, WiFi

Not seen a marina but there is cycle paths from here both into st Jean and up north to a few towns/villages

La foret !!

Les Ecureuils was great. Right next to the beach, short walk to shops and a short drive into St Hilaire with marina/shops/market. Loads to do locally too

Thank you for all of the advice we tried to book la foret but it was booked up! Will have a look at some
of those

La foret is very nice so not surprised it is booked up already in Feb for some dates
