Camping on Oleron

Anyone got any recommendations for camping here? I think I have decided against the Med coast in favour of the West. We prefer low key and smaller kind of sites but would not mind some entertainment and kids activities. Pool not essential if the beach is very close. Must be tent friendly and as rustic as possible. Must haves include shop, cafe, hook up and friendly owners
