Im so into this camping malarky! So much so we have booked up for another 3 nights on 4th august!

Although we had a few little hic-ups - as you expect being the first time away, we came through it, and by our last night, we really didnt want to pack up and leave!

Even bought a table top fridge to run off the electric hook-up after the extreame heat we have had, so its a good job we like it really LOL

Thanks to all my fellow campers on Orwell Meadows Pool Side for not worrying about my motor-mouth 9 month old being up at 5.30am every morning!!

Sounds like you had a good holiday. Was there a pool there, as the campsite's name implies?

There was an adult and toddler outdoor pool, but its called Orwell Meadows because it is right next to the Orwell River in Ipswich.

The pool is a bit cold to start with but its ok once you get into it - my 2 yr old can almost swim now thanks to 4 days of in it constantly!!!
