Camping Meals on 1 Ring....

Okay folks,

HunieBunie isn't a great cook at the best of times, so help me out!

I can open a tin and boil, we are away for 2 days and I have to feed 6 three adults and 3 children (school age, eat anything pretty much). Am off to the supermarket later today to get the food, I have on large cooler.

What is quick, tasty campsite fare?

Please help or it's sausage rolls from Greggs bakery!

I have remembered to pack the marshmallows tho'

Mince and totties.

fry onion(s) add mince and fry, add toms, herbs garlic and anything else you fancy. Cook for a bit then add potatoes (I think new ones are best and chop up large one to quite a small size so they cook quickly) and serve when potatoes are cooked.
