We are going camping with friends and their 2.5 year old is a massively early riser - regularly wakes at 4am as soon as its light and won't go back to sleep.
At home, black out blinds and black bags go some way to helping her sleep to 6ish but obviously not possible in a tent/yurt...
Any suggestions?
